We meet candidates in our Central London office where they are able to discuss opportunities and the media industry in detail and then record their own personal video profile in one of our automated video booths.

Clients are then able to see and hear ( via a secure login at www.meettherealme.com ) the shortlist of candidates we send over before deciding who to bring in for interview.

Naturally we only charge a client when they successfully hire one of our graduate sales candidates.
